Terms and conditions:

1. This competition opens at 8 am on Saturday 20th December.
2. The competition will close at 4:59 pm on Saturday 20th December.
3. A winner will be chosen at random from all entries shortly after 5 pm and called by Bro Radio.
4. The prize is a one month gold membership at Cardio Core Fitness, including access to all women-only fitness classes, 8 small group PT sessions and body fat analysics at the begining and end of the month to track progress and results.
5. The prize is for new clients or lapsed members (90+ days) only.
6. Must be activated by 31st March 2026 and valid for one calendar month from activation.
7. Available to women aged 18+. Non transferable. No Cash alternative.
8. The competition will reset each day, with a new prize from 1st to 23rd December 2025.
9. Volunteers, staff and their direct friends or family, as well as the friends and family of the competition sponsors, are unable to enter this competition.
10. All entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entering this competition.
