Step into a world of flavour, balance and home-cooked meals with British-French chef and mother-of-three Claudine Boulstridge, as she talks about her debut cookbook, Family: Simple, healthy recipes for everyone.

Claudine is passionate about family food; she wants to show everyone how to transform everyday meals into flavour-forward, vibrant and healthy home-cooked dishes you and your children will love at any age. Packed with tempting and creative recipes and practical ideas for a balanced, varied diet, Family will make mealtimes more delicious and help you to nourish adventurous eaters at the same time.

Claudine will be talking about the book, sharing stories about her background as a chef and taste tester for Yotam Ottolenghi (she has tested the recipes in all of his books!), and provide culinary solutions for health-conscious, time-pressed families.

Claudine Boulstridge is a French-British chef, recipe creator and tester for Ottolenghi – she has tested the recipes in all of his books and Guardian, New York Times and Waitrose & Partners Food Magazine articles. After graduating from The University of Southampton with a degree in European Studies, she studied at Leiths School of Food – going on to teach a variety of popular cookery classes at Divertimenti and Cookery School at Little Portland Street in London. Claudine has created, tested, styled and photographed recipes for companies like Ocado,
Lindt, Crazy Jacks, Biotiful Kefir and Bart. She also teaches online workshops and has spoken on BBC radio and The Parent Scoop podcast.
