We've teamed up with Front Room on Barry Waterfront to make Fridays even more feel-good!

Each Friday, we'll be playing your requests, talking about what's happening over the weekend and giving you the chance to win pizza, breakfast and more, from Front Room.

The Front Room, based at the Pumphouse on Barry Waterfront, is more than just a pizza restaurant; its a bar and cafe too.

• Feel Good Friday runs each Friday from ____ until _____.
• To be entered into the draw, listeners must submit a request via the above before 4:59 pm each Friday.
• A winner will be chosen at random from all entries shortly after 5 pm and contacted by Bro Radio.

• The competition will reset each Friday at 5 pm, with entries staying open until 4:59 pm on the Friday following.
• Volunteers, staff and their direct friends or family, as well as the friends and family of the competition sponsors, are unable to enter this competition.
• All entrants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entering this competition.
• All entrants must ordinarily be residents within the Bro Radio TSA (Total Service Area). Entrants will be required to provide a postcode within the Vale of Glamorgan or Cardiff area upon entry.
