A man has been arrested following an alleged road rage incident on the A4232 near Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff.
South Wales Police said a 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon after officers were called to reports of a driver threatening another motorist with a hammer.
The incident happened at around 4.20pm on Wednesday, September 30, while traffic was stationary near the Culverhouse Cross roundabout.
According to police, the vehicles involved were a white Renault recovery truck and a white Jaguar XE.
Officers attended the scene and subsequently arrested the 34-year-old man. He remains under investigation.
South Wales Police is now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
