We love to champion local artists making music from across the Vale and the wider South Wales area. 

Each hour of the day, you'll hear local bands, artists and producers who are making music of all genres thanks to our Local Music Playlist.

If you're a local band or artist and would like to be considered email music@broradio.fm or upload your music through the form at the bottom of this page.

Local Music Playlist Submission Guidelines:

We accept all music submissions from artists born in or based in South Wales.
We currently do not accept submissions from outside the South Wales area

All tracks submitted must be radio friendly and not include any swear words or words deemed inappropriate. Any tracks submitted with these included, will not be considered.

We ask that all tracks submitted for the playlist remain at or under 4 minutes. Any tracks submitted that run over this time frame may only be considered for Bro Radio XTRA or not considered at all.

We try our best to respond to all submissions, however as we're predominately a voluntary organisation we are sometimes unable to do so. If you have not received a response within a week, assume your track has not been considered for the playlist, however please feel free to re-submit it for another consideration.
