The Vale This Week is back, with your top stories across the Vale of Glamorgan.We speak to St Athan Councillor Steve Haines about the village being left out of a recent investment announcement in Welsh train infrastructure, as well as the latest on plans for a feasibility study with Vale of Glamorgan Council.Have you ever wondered what’s happening with the Tall Ship in Barry Docks? A group of volunteers known as the Good Pirates are working to make it sea-ready, as a force for positive change. Poppy will speak to the Captain of the project, Locky. Nick is heading out of the studio and on Toad Patrol, with volunteers who are spending their evenings helping Toads to cross the road. He'll speak with the organiser, Geriant from Dinas Powys Woods, about the project and how you can get involved.Keep Wales Tidy - Cadwch Gymru'n Daclus is encouraging drivers to take their litter home in a new campaign. Nathan will speak with the Communications Director about new stats that show almost all Welsh roads feature litter of some kind.
