Residents of the Vale of Glamorgan are coming together this month for an evening of music and food in support of humanitarian charities working in Gaza.
“From the Vale, With Love” will take place on Thursday 16 April 2026 at The Paget Rooms, with doors opening at 6.30pm. The event is organised by local volunteers and aims to raise funds and awareness for charities providing urgent humanitarian support to civilians in Gaza.
The evening will feature live performances from Esther, The Brwmys, Jonny Forever, and Voya, bringing together a diverse mix of local musical talent. The night will be hosted by Liam Schewitz, with additional DJ sets keeping the atmosphere lively throughout the evening.
Alongside the music, guests will be able to enjoy homemade Palestinian food, take part in a raffle, and connect with others in the community who want to show their support for humanitarian relief efforts.
All proceeds from ticket sales and fundraising activities will go directly to charities supporting people in Gaza, providing aid and assistance during an ongoing humanitarian crisis.
Organiser, Caroline Field, says the event is about community action and compassion. “This is about people in the Vale coming together to do something positive. Music has always been a powerful way to bring people together, and we hope this evening will raise both funds and awareness while creating a meaningful sense of solidarity.”
Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
