Dinas Powys Hall will be hosting a Cabaret show next weekend to raise money for Tenovus Cancer Care.
Taking place on Saturday 28th February, the event will feature music, dance, comedy, circus and more.
The Pearl Revue is a fully professional cabaret produced by Penarth-based production company Quill & Pearl Presents.
One hundred per cent of the profit from this special performance will be going to Tenovus to support their work with cancer patients and their families!
The show is hosted and curated by Oola Pearl, ‘The Welsh Wonder,' one of the stars of the UK burlesque scene. The stellar, handpicked cast includes magic and circus from Darren Campbell, comedy theatre and quirky dance from Kitsch N Sync, burlesque from Donna Divine and Lili Del Fflur, drag from South Wales star Venus Flytrap, as well as a special performance from up-and coming local singing sensation, Jazz Cave.
There will also be pre-show entertainment from The Rock Choir, a fully-licenced bar, and a raffle packed with fabulous prizes!
The evening is being supported by various local organisations and businesses, including Tesco in Penarth Marina, who have kindly donated raffle prizes, and Penarth and Dinas Runners, who are helping to supply volunteers for the evening.
Tenovus have donated tickets to their own glitzy event, the ‘Strictly Speakeasy’, to the raffle, so some lucky winners will get to see Strictly Come Dancing professionals Kai Widdrington and Katya Jones dancing the night away while enjoying a gala dinner!
Tickets are available at £20 via https://www.quillandpearl.com with doors opening at 7pm and the main show starting at 8pm
