Families looking for an affordable day out this summer are being offered one of Fonmon Castle’s biggest discounts to date — with children’s tickets priced at just 87p on weekdays throughout the school holidays.
The attraction, located near Rhoose, has announced the limited‑time offer as part of its push to make summer activities more accessible for local families. The deal applies to all weekday visits during the holiday period, with under‑3s able to enter for free.
Fonmon Castle says the 87p promotion is its “best deal ever”, designed to help families enjoy a full day out without the usual cost pressures of peak‑season attractions.
Full Day of Activities Included
The discounted ticket still includes access to the site’s full range of activities, such as:
-
Castle and gardens
-
Jurassic Wales dinosaur experience
-
Medieval farm
-
Tractor park, play areas and sand pits
-
Woodland walks and growing wildflower meadow
-
Welsh folklore story trail
-
Free kids’ stamp trail
Optional extras — including disc golf, footgolf, archery and axe throwing — are also available, alongside an on‑site café. Dogs are welcome on short leads.
The attraction is open 10am to 4pm throughout the summer holidays, with visitors encouraged to pre‑book online to secure the offer.
