A man is due to appear in court accused of assaulting two police officers in Barry.
Benjamin Wannell (24), of Barry, was arrested and charged in connection with an incident at an address in St Julian’s Close in the early hours of Monday morning.
A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "Violence against police officers is not part of the job and will never be tolerated."
Wannell is due to appear before magistrates in Cardiff on Tuesday.
