Three men from Barry have been charged following a police operation targeting wanted suspects.
Detectives say 17 people were arrested across Cardiff and Barry last Friday during 'Operation Chirk' - including five on suspcion of domestic abuse offences.
Shoplifters and suspected drug dealers were also caught during the operation, which also saw arrests in the Ely, Adamsdown, Whitchurch and Old St Mellons areas of the Welsh capital.
Two Barry men, Jordan Chichester (27) and Gareth Romans (48), were later charged with robbery and a third, Shane Hay (37) is accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
A 33 year-old woman from Canton, Elisha Mutsunge, was charged with possessing drugs with intent to supply.
A South Wales Police spokeperson said: "The aim of the day was to bring wanted people into custody."
"This operation is just one example of the work we are doing to pursue criminals and bring them to justice."
