Llantwit Major got back to winning ways in their final home game of the Cymru South campaign, beating Caerau Ely 1-0.
Major's first win in five games marked the end of the era as Jack Lansdown bid farewell to Windmill Lane.
The veteran goalkeeper will retire from football next weekend after making over 425 appearances for the club.
Fittingly, Lansdown was given the captain's armband - and retained a clean sheet - against a Caerau Ely side, who secured their second-tier status for next season thanks to results elsewhere.
Ioan Emanuel broke the deadlock on 42 minutes with his seventh league goal of the season, which proved to be the winner on what proved to be an emotional day for man of the match Lansdown.
