More than 40 organisations working in the Vale of Glamorgan are set to showcase their volunteering opportunities at the GVS Big Volunteering Fayre.
Local community organisations and charities will join Glamorgan Voluntary Services, an independent charity which supports voluntary and community organisations in the county, on Wednesday, 28th January.
Hosted at the Memo Arts Centre in Barry from 10am - 2pm, organisations will share details of their work and how individuals can make a valued and lasting difference to organisations, individuals and their local community.
A spokesperson for GVS said, "Volunteering is a fantastic way to build confidence, boost your CV, meet new people, gain new experiences, and make a meaningful contribution to your local area."
"GVS and all participating organisations look forward to welcoming you on the day - come along and discover where your volunteering journey can take you."
