The Adran Premier season ended with a 2-0 win for Barry Town United over relegated Cardiff Met.
Stevie McCarthy's Campbell's side finished seventh overall in the table - and second in the Plate Conference - but did achieve their highest ever finish and points total since joining the Welsh top flight.
Barry became the first club to lose to the Archers this season when they met at Jenner Park last week - with Met's relegation to the Adran South already confirmed.
The return fixture at Cyncoed on Sunday saw a goalless first half but no shortage of chances for the visitors - with Keira Harris, Ellie Preece and Ellie Gunney all testing keeper Charlotte Smith.
But Barry did break the deadlock when Lucy Attwood found the Met defence wanting before her cross was headed in by Erin Murray.
Preece went close to doubling the lead soon after - and Murray had a goal chalked off for offside, but she made good for her brace on 68 minutes when Ingrid Aadland effort rebounded into the path of the striker, who made no mistake.
Goalkeeper Molly Arnesen retained another clean sheet as Barry bought down the curtain to the league campaign.
