Barry Town United are into the quarter finals of the Nathaniel MG Cup after a 4-1 win at Trethomas Bluebirds.
Steve Jenkins' side were looking to avoid an upset against Cymru South opposition off the back of last Saturday's league defeat at The New Saints.
But Barry quickly found their stride at the CCB Centre and they went ahead via Keenan Patten after just ten minutes.
The midfielder pressed hard to make it a brace and got his reward three minutes before half time, not long after keeper Luc Rees had made a superb save with his legs to keep the visitors in front.
Another of Barry's in-form goalscorers, Ollie Hulbert, bagged his fifth of the season on 52 minutes, before Mikey George chipped home keeper Harry Irving on 64 minutes with Eliot Richards' dinked assist.
The Bluebirds got one back as Jack Jones struck into an empty net on 79 minutes, but Barry were already assured of their place in the last eight.
Next up is a return to Cymru Premier duties as Caernarfon visit Jenner Park on Saturday (2.30pm) with full match commentary available from the Talk of the Town team at broradio.fm/sport
