Barry Town United will face Llanelli Town at home in the third round of the Nathaniel MG Cup.
Steve Jenkins' men began the new season with a 2-1 win over Aberystwyth Town in the second round of the league cup last weekend.
Llanelli, who are returning to the Cymru Premier after a six year absence, play host to Barry in their opening league game of the season on Friday night.
The two sides will meet again at Jenner Park on Wednesday 10th September.
Elsewhere in the Southern Section, near neighbours Penybont entertain Briton Ferry Llansawel, while Cardiff Met are the visitors at Cambrian United - who knocked out Cardiff City's under 21s in the second round.
Swansea City U21s, the last surviving wildcard entries, are at home to Haverfordwest County.
