Barry Town United earned their first Adran Premier win under new manager James Fishlock, beating Aberystwyth Town 2-1.
Barry named just one change from last weekend's Adran Trophy win over Cascade - with Emily Ingram replacing the injured Angharad Beman.
With both sides looking to avoid a third straight league defeat, Libby Issac fired Aber ahead on 37 minutes.
But the hosts fought back in the closing stages with the in-form Keira Harris equalising in the 75th minute before Jasmine Turner struck with the winner five minutes from time.
Barry remain seventh in the table, with just goal difference seperating them from Aberystwyth in sixth.
Elsewhere, leaders Cardiff City staged their own comeback to beat Swansea City 3-1 in the South Wales derby, while Wrexham remain in second on goal difference following a 6-1 demolition of lowly Pontypridd United, who are still looking for their first point of the season after nine games.
The New Saints edged out Briton Ferry Llansawel 3-2 - with all five goals scored in the first half and the hosts at Park Hall coming from behind twice before Lia Lewis scored the winner on 38 minutes.

Away from the league, Barry have been drawn away to face Briton Ferry Llansawel in the quarter finals of the Adran Trophy, which will be played on Sunday 14th December.
Next Sunday, Barry begin their bid for the Women's Welsh Cup when they visit near neighbours Penybont in the first round.
