The draw for the opening rounds of the Nathaniel MG Cup will be unveiled on Wednesday night.
Llantwit Major will learn their first opponents of the new season, which kicks off with the first round on the weekend of Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July.
The twelve Cymru Premier clubs - including Barry Town United - enter the fray in the second round, along with six second-tier teams, namely Aberystwyth Town, Trethomas Bluebirds, Newtown, Airbus UK Broughton, Holywell Town and Llandudno.
There are just two wildcard entries this season - with both Cardiff City and Swansea City expected to field their youth teams in the southern section.
Llantwit's first round tie will also mark their first game since the return of manager Karl Lewis after a three-year absence - they are ball number 10 in the southern draw.
The second round takes place on the first weekend of August - with Barry aiming to go one better after reaching the semi-finals last season. They will be drawn as ball number 2 in the southern section.
The draws can be seen on the FAW's RedWall+ channel at 8pm on Wednesday.
