Llantwit Major earned their first win of 2025, beating Goytre United 2-0 in the Cymru South.
Major were without a win from their last six league games - including back-to-back defeats - as they visited Glenhafod Park on Wednesday night.
Centre back Jake Barrow broke the deadlock on 34 minutes with his first goal for the club, which proved to be enough to claim all three points.
Llantwit leap up to eighth in the table as the season enters its final third, starting on Saturday when in-form Trefelin BGC visit Windmill Lane (2pm ko).
