Llantwit Major will play Pontypridd United at home in the second round of the Welsh Blood Service Cup.
Karl Lewis' men recorded their first win of the season last weekend when they beat Trethomas Bluebirds 1-0 in the first round of the league cup.
The other southern ties in the last 16 see Newport City travel to Carmarthen Town while Treowen Stars visit Ammanford and Afan Lido entertain Baglan Dragons.
Ties will be played on the weekend of Friday 16th - Sunday 18th January 2026.

Major resume their Cymru South campaign on Saturday at home to Trethomas Bluebirds as they seek a first league win since Lewis returned as manager.
It will also be the first game to be played at the newly renamed UWL Stadium on Windmill Lane, after the club secured a new sponsor, United Worldwide Logistics.
The deal with the Pencoed-based haulage firm was reached, according to a club spokesperson, thanks to a Llantwit local.
