Llantwit Major fought back to earn a 2-2 draw at home to ten-man Newport City in the Cymru South.
Major extended their unbeaten run to five games in the week that manager Karl Lewis and striker Jack Bevan were nominated for the league's monthly awards.
The Steelmen went ahead at Windmill Lane on 29 minutes when Rhys Kavanagh struck from ex-Barry teammate Kayne McLaggon's assist.
Kavanagh, who spent two years at Jenner Park, struck again past Llantwit keeper Ryley Allen deep into stoppage time in the first half.
But the game was turned on its head after City's Danny Hillman was sent off for a second yellow card.
Kofi Rowe replied with his fourth league goal of the season on 81 minutes, before sub Josh Jones provided the equaliser from Tom Stokes' cross just three minutes later.
Llantwit remain tenth in the table going into Friday night's visit to bottom club Cwmbran Celtic, who are still without a win - or a point - after 13 games so far this season.

Leaders Cambrian United remain four points clear at the top following their 3-2 win over Caerau Ely on Friday night.
Hywel Davies had given the Young Guns a surprise lead before Liam Eason drew level from the penalty spot. Jack Ashford briefly regained the lead before Caerau were sunk by two late goals from Jarrad Wright and Danny Birch.
Trefelin remain second after beating Aberystwyth 2-0 while Ammanford demolished Afan Lido 6-0 to retain third place.
Carmarthen's long unbeaten run continued with a 1-1 draw at home to Trethomas Bluebirds while Cardiff Draconians edged out Treowen Stars 4-3.
Ynyshir Albions lost 2-1 at Baglan Dragons while Cwmbran Celtic endured a 7-0 hammering at Pontypridd United.
