Llantwit Major resumed their Cymru South campaign with a 1-0 win at home to Afan Lido.
Karl Lewis’ men are now unbeaten in their last six league games, following a prolonged three-week break.
Major made a bright start at Windmill Lane, but the first half ultimately delivered few clear chances from either side.
Jack Bevan’s volley went over the bar after the break, but the hosts finally broke the deadlock in the 73rd minute when Tom Tweedy’s cross was turned in by Kofi Rowe past away keeper Ben Haines.
Rowe’s fifth league goal of the season lifted Llantwit up to ninth in the table going into next Friday’s visit to Trethomas Bluebirds, who lost 2-1 to Pontypridd United.
