Llantwit Major have signed goalkeeper Shaun Gardiner in the January transfer window.
The 24 year-old joins from Treowen Stars and could make his Major debut when they visit Carmarthen Town in the Cymru South on Friday night.
Gardiner has previously played for the likes of Abertillery Bluebirds, Taffs Well and Caerau Ely.
The club says his arrival will add strength to their ranks following the recent departure of Kane Draper - and with Ryley Allen out injured after he suffered concussion during their Welsh Blood Service Cup win over Pontypridd United last Saturday.
Karl Lewis’ men fell victim to back-to-back postponements this week - their midweek fixture at Cwmbran Celtic was postponed for the third time last Tuesday, before Saturday’s home game against Treowen Stars fell foul of a morning pitch inspection.
