Soffia Kelly has joined Rangers on loan from Aston Villa for the remainder of the season.
The 18 year-old goalkeeper from Barry joins the Ibrox club during her first full season as a professional.
Kelly was called up twice to the Wales squad last year - being named in the squad for their Nations League games against Denmark and Italy, and then, receieved a late call-up for the Women's Euros, where she was an unused substitute in their game against England.
She signed her first professional contract last March - a two-year contract at Villa Park, where she came through the WSL club's academy.
Kelly, who was also named Young Person of the Year at the Bro Radio Community Awards, told RangersTV: "I feel like it is an opportunity that you have to take with two hands."
"I have been lucky enough to be at a club like Aston Villa, but to be able to come here and gain that little bit more experience."
"As a young player, I want to try and develop as much as I can, and I feel like coming to a big club like this, I am going to get the most out of it."
She added: "You have got your Rangers and Celtic rivalry, and I just feel like that whole atmosphere is something that I really have to experience."
"I just feel like the club can go really far, with the girls that they have, with the staff that they have. The way that they are together, they work hard, they craft."
"For me, I want to try and help push that and do as much as I can for the team and hopefully by the end of the season we can win some silverware."

Rangers, currently fourth in the Scottish Women's Premier League (SWPL), are hoping their new recruit will further her development and compete for a first team spot between the posts.
Head coach Leanne Crichton said: "We’re delighted to bring Soffia to Rangers on loan. She’s a goalkeeper with strong qualities, good presence, and a real hunger to compete at such a young age."
"This move gives us added competition and depth in the goalkeeping department, and we’re confident she’ll continue to grow as a player during her time here."
Donald Gillies, women's managing director, added: "Soffia is a talented young goalkeeper, as shown with her involvement with the Wales national team at just 18 years of age, and we believe this move will provide her with valuable experience while adding depth to our squad for the remainder of the campaign.”
