Walking footballers from Barry Town United have helped to raise money for the victims of the Spanish floods.
The team raised £265 for the country's disaster appeal while taking part in the 2024 Cup Rojales tournament on the Costa Blanca.
Over 200 people have died after torrential rain swept the eastern province of Valencia and beyond during the worst flooding in Spain for decades.
13 teams took part in the two-day competition, which was eventually won by Scottish club Pollock United and raised over 3,000 euros.
Three Barry players - Rob Power, Richard Rogers and Michael Escott - took home man-of-the-match awards, while Steve Clark won a players 'moment of the tournament' for what was described as a "Cruyff-esque turn".
Club chairman Andrew Weeks said: "It was a great success on and off the pitch, flying the flag for Wales against European competition while helping the local disaster appeal. We made many new friends with a number interested in our own tournament at Jenner Park in Barry next summer."
Barry Town United's walking football squad welcomes new players over the age of 50 with training take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
