Dinas continued their cup run with a 3-1 win at home to SWPL Championship club Afan United.
Oakley Barnett put the hosts in front after just five minutes at The Murch before Jack Preston doubled their lead 11 minutes later.
United found a reply via Levi Walters on 19 minutes, but Dinas sealed their place as Temitope Adekunle struck on 33 minutes for the only local grassroots club to qualify for this season’s competition.
Llantwit also progressed into round two after beating Cymru South rivals Baglan Dragons 2-0.
Jack Bevan struck for Major against the run of play after half an hour at Windmill Lane, before Josh Jones added a second shortly before half time.
Elsewhere, there was a brace for Jack Ashford as Caerau Ely romped to a 5-0 win at Penydarren Seniors.
Jack Pascoe, Liam Bishop and Oliver Redhead put the result beyond doubt for the Young Guns.
And Cardiff Draconians fought back to beat Cwmbran Celtic 4-2 - with two goals for Luke Ewan Evans and one apiece from Liam Mallam and Dan Bowen.
Jac Evans and Josh Gibson replied for Celtic, who remain without a win in all competition from their first nine games this season.
