An investigation's underway after an 11 year-old boy was allegedly grabbed by a man in a lane in Aberthin, near Cowbridge.
The unknown suspect approached the boy in the lane between Down View Close and Llanquian Road at around 4pm last Thursday afternoon (27th February).
Detectives say the 'isolated incident' has caused concern within the local community.
House-to-house inquiries have been carried out, along with forensic examination and a full check of CCTV footage - but so far, the suspect has not yet been identified.
A South Wales Police spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for anyone who has dash cam (footage) and was driving through the village between 3pm and 5pm last Thursday to please come forward."
