Two teenage boys charged with the murder of a father-of-one from Barry have appeared in court.
Kamran Aman died following an alleged stabbing in the Barry Road area late on Monday night.
The family of the 38 year-old described him as "a devoted husband, a loving father...and a cherished son".
The suspects, aged 16 and 17 from Llantwit Major, cannot be named because of their age.
The pair did not enter any pleas and were remanded into youth detention by Cardiff magistrates on Thursday morning.
They will appear before a judge at Cardiff Crown Court on Monday.

South Wales Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with Mr Aman's death.
Detective Superintendent Mark O'Shea said: "We would very much like to thank the community for the support and information that has already been provided."
"We are aware that the road closures and police cordons, which have now been lifted, had a significant impact on the local community."
Mr Aman's family, who have asked for privacy, are being supported by specially trained liaison officers.
