A community group in Llantwit Major is preparing to hold another Big Winter Party in the run-up to Christmas.
It was also held last year by the local More in Common branch - the first of its kind in Wales - set up in memory of murdered MP Jo Cox.
The free, ticketed event will be held at Llantonian Hall on Saturday 14th December and include an elf hunt for children, along with festive quizzes, bingo and party games for the kids.
There'll be live music from the Thingumijigs Ceilidh Band as well as winter-themed crafts for all ages.
Laura Henderson, a More in Common trustee in Llantwit Major, said: "We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, with a proportion of spaces allocated for local families accessing local FoodShare and FoodBank services to reach across our community. Come along solo, with neighbours, friends or family: capacity is limited so booking early is recommended."

The group, which part of the UK-wide More in Common network, continues to run free community-oriented activities, such as a public living room at St Illtud's Church on the second Friday of each month, which also acts as a warm space.
A special festive gathering will also be held on Friday 13th December from 1.30 - 3.30pm.
Other recent MiC events in Llantwit Major have included a sell-out screening of Windrush Cymru @ 75, celebrating the contribution of the Windrush generation Wales, along with activities to mark Black History Month and a fundraising book sale, which took place earlier this month to help make the Big Winter Party fully inclusive.
It takes place from 2-4pm on Saturday 14th December at Llantonian Hall. Free tickets can be brought online via Eventbrite or from Bardic Books on Church Street.
