A pop-up sauna is returning to the Penarth seafront in time for Christmas.
The Penarth Dawnstalkers - a local swimming group - have teamed up with sauna providers Hot 2 Cold to provide the festive wellness experience outside the town's yacht club from Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th December.
Free sunrise sessions will be held each morning between 7.30am and 9am, including a cold dip into the sea.

Grant Zehetmayr, Dawnstalkers co-founder, said: "Last year’s Christmas popup was pure magic – chilly sea dips, steaming saunas, and a whole lot of community spirit."
"We’re buzzing to bring it back again this festive season! Whether you’re a seasoned Dawnstalker or just curious to try something different, come down and sea for yourself."
The group says the sauna experience is ideal for anyone looking to embrace the benefits of hot-cold therapy - from boosting circulation and reducing stress to fostering connection and warmth, both literal and figurative.

The pop-up sauna, which can accommodate up to eight people, will also be available to book for hour-long sessions between 10am and 5pm each day.
