Police say there's concern for the welfare of a missing 27 year-old man from Penarth.
Officers are appealing for help to trace Sam Singh who was last seen on Windsor Road at around 5pm on Friday evening.
He was last seen wearing a dark grey beanie hat, a waist length wool coat, dark trousers and walking boots.
