A unique sculpture of a dragonfly has been added to a community garden in Llantwit Major.
It was especially created by Nick Clark, who volunteers at the CF61 centre on Station Road, by recycling everyday objects that were destined for the scrapheap.
The dragonfly is made out of old kitchen sinks, drainage pipes and even a curtain pole - while the entire sculpture is mounted on a flexible metal rod, creating an illusion of flying through the flower beds.
Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) said the "unique addition" to the community garden is "a testament not only to Nick's talent and creativity, but also to the spirit of volunteering that flourishes" at the CF61 facility.
