A festive bingo night has raised more than £1500 for domestic abuse services in the Vale - with the help of Barry's own Knock Off Nessa.
The Gavin and Stacey lookalike has been getting around lately - whether it's switching on the Christmas lights in Cowbridge or working at the newly renamed Whats Occur'Inn hotel (formerly Premier Inn).
And last Friday, over 80 people turned up at the Market Street Club to hear her call the balls and bring the laughs.
The bingo night was organised by Vale Domestic Abuse Services at the end of a global awareness week coincidng with International White Ribbon Day, which saw a candlelit vigil take place outside the Civic Offices in Barry.
Vicky Friis, chief executive, said: "Everyone had such a fun night; Knock Off Nessa really is a Barry legend and she had everyone in stitches at the bingo."
"Most importantly, she helped us to raise an amazing £1,500. This money will enable us to provide Christmas presents and essentials for the women and the children we support in our refuge and accommodation over the festive period."

The charity says it supported over a thousand women and over 200 young people from across the county who had been affected by domestic abuse - up 30% on the previous year.
Speaking on their Christmas appeal, Vicky Friis added: "Every single pound raised or item donated makes an impact and will help us continue our work to support survivors in the Vale."
"A huge thank you to everyone who came and gave so generously, and to the many local businesses who provided prizes and donations."
