A jogger suffered significant injuries in a hit-and-run collision near a caravan park.
Police say a 36 year-old woman was out running along a lane when she was struck by a vehicle which failed to stop.
It happened between the Happy Jakes Caravan Park at and the Northern Access Road to St Athan at sometime between 5.55pm and 6.10pm on Wednesday 14th August.
According to detectives, the jogger's injuries were not thought to be life changing - but it is likely that the vehicle involved in the incident may have sustained noticeable damage.
