A 53 year-old man has been charged after a pensioner was hit by a car in Barry.
A 78 year-old woman was taken to hospital following a collision at the Ffordd Y Milleniwm roundabout near Morrisons at around 3.20pm on Monday afternoon.
Arnaldo Martins (53) from Barry was arrested and later charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
He is due to appear before Cardiff Magistrates Court on Thursday 16th October.
A South Wales Police spokeperson said enquiries into the collision were ongoing.
