The owner of the famous house on Trinity Street has welcomed almost 30,000 people into her home.
Glenda Kenyon, who owns Gwen's house on Trinity Street in Barry, said the show has changed her life.
Initially opening her doors, after getting fed-up with people knocking after the first series of Gavin and Stacey aired in 2007, Glenda says the show.
"I think the reason why I opened my doors up initially, is because I was down, I was lonely. The show has helped me a lot, to meet people, be more confident and it's helped me a hell of a lot." said Glenda.
Since opening her doors after series two of the hit TV show, Glenda has welcomed nearly 30,000 visitors into her home, with fans coming from as far as Hawaii, Australia and India for a glimpse of the show.
In opening up her doors, Glenda has raised thousands for local charities, including Barry Dock RNLI whom she has received many letters of thanks for her donations over the year.#

While capturing some of the key moments from the show's history, Glenda's home has also become a treasure trove of Gavin & Stacey merchandise and memorabilia.
"Most of the things hanging on the wall, I've either been given or bought, lots of things you can buy down the Island. I've also got pieces of furniture from the show, I've got the leather suite, I've got the big unit with all the stuff in, pictures, net curtains, chandeliers and more."
Glenda's spare bedroom has been kept just like the scene when Stacey finds out she's pregnant, including the pregnancy test featured in the show.
Like all fans, Glenda is eagerly awaiting the upcoming finale.
"I hope they talk about the fishing trip, because we've got to know about what happened and then is Smith going to say yes or no? I recon he's going to say no, I could be wrong."
