Police have confirmed a missing man was found dead on a beach near Llantwit Major.
The body of James Teesdale was discovered at Stout Bay on New Year's Eve.
The 31 year-old had been missing from the Cockett area of Swansea since Monday December 2nd - his body was formally identified earlier this week.
South Wales Police say Mr Teesdale's family has been informed and are being supported by specailist liasion officers.
