Police are hunting thieves who have been targeting vehicles across the Vale of Glamorgan.
Detectives say there have been ten recent thefts and attempted thefts in the Barry, Llantwit Major, Rhoose and St Athan areas.
In one incident, a handbag and cash was stolen from a car in Llantwit Major during the early hours of Wednesday morning.
South Wales Police are reminding owners to ensure their vehicles are locked and all valuables are removed.
A spokesperson said: "We know that being a victim of car crime is upsetting, costly and an inconvenience. It’s particularly distressing when you are a repeat victim."
