A pop-up sauna has returned to the Penarth seafront by popular demand.
For the last two years, the Penarth Dawnstalkers have teamed up with Hot 2 Cold - a sauna company - to provide a unique wellness experience outside the town's yacht club.
It's proven so popular that just a few weeks into 2025, the pop-up saunas has returned following calls for a more regular presence on the seafront.
It's now available from Wednesday 12th February until Sunday 2nd March - along with free community 'kickstart' sessions at sunrise, taking place from around 7am each day with no booking required.

Grant Zehetmayr, Dawnstalkers co-founder, said: "We were absolutely blown away by the response to our last two Christmas pop-ups. Hundreds of people used the sauna, and the feedback was unanimous—everyone wanted it back, and they wanted it soon."
"So, here we are! We’re buzzing to bring the sauna to Penarth Seafront once again, creating a space where people can connect, recharge, and embrace the magic of hot-cold therapy by the sea.”
The organisers say they're meeting the growing demand for hot-cold therapy by the seas, which helps to improve circulation and provide stress relief, as well as helping to foster deep connections within the community.

The pop-up sauna, which can accommodate up to eight people, will also be available to book daily for hour-long sessions between 9am and 6pm.
