Seven people have been rescued after a yacht ran aground near Newport Dock.
The RNLI at Penarth sent out both of its lifeboats to the dock entrance at just before 3.15am on Saturday morning.
Both the D-class and Atlantic 85 lifeboats towed the yacht, which refloated as the tide rose.
The vessel was left secured on a mooring and the crew were safely taken ashore - there are no further details.
