The owner of a Barry gym was among the winners at the Wales Fitness Awards.
Sarah Wells, who runs Cardio Core Fitness, was named Female Fitness Entrepeneur of the Year at a ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff on Thursday night.
The gym also took home third prize for its group fitness classes while Chris Watt also took third in the male fitness instructor category.

Sarah said: "I opened the gym...over 12 years ago and like everyone knows who runs a gym or business, at times it can be extremely hard, so to be recognised is a huge accomplishment."
"Thank you to everyone who has supported me and the gym over the years."
"Whilst running my gym, I've juggled four children, one of which has a heart defect and has had five open heart surgeries as well as a stroke."
"So, to come away with the Female Entrepreneur of The Year award, makes it all worth while."
