Work has been completed on a series of upgrades at two of the Vale's leisure centres.
The changing rooms and toilets at Llantwit Major Leisure Centre have been fully refurbished with new water-saving showers and low-energy lighting.
A new energy-efficient air handling unit has also been installed to keep the area around the swimming pool and the changing rooms warm and dry all year round.

Meanwhile, the Hammer Strength gym at Barry Leisure Centre has been transformed into a state-of-the-art training zone with a new stretch area and improved resistance equipment.
The upgrades were partly funded by grants from the UK Government's Shared Prosperity fund.
Cllr Gwyn John, cabinet member for leisure and sport at Vale Council, said: "These upgrades mark a significant step forward in ensuring that our leisure facilities are continuing to meet the needs of all residents."
"The eco-friendly changes at Llantwit Leisure Centre are an important part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and align with the council's Project Zero ambitions to become carbon-neutral by 2030."
"We know from our work speaking with residents that access to a diverse range of leisure facilities is important, and we are dedicated to providing high-quality spaces that promote healthier, more active lifestyles for everyone in the Vale of Glamorgan."
