A woman has been questioned in connection with the death of a 34 year-old man in the Grangetown area of Cardiff.
Emergency services were called to an address on Ferry Road at around 12.30pm on Monday lunchtime.
A 34 year-old woman was arrested and later released on bail until March.
South Wales Police are urging the public not to speculate about the circumstances surrounding the man's death.
DCI Matt Powell, who is leading the investigation, said: "I understand that this incident has caused concern in the local community and some disturbance for those living in the Ferry Road area."
"We would respectfully ask people not to speculate about the circumstances of this incident as there could be several reasons for the man's death."
