A new vintage shop in Penarth will offer retail training to pupils from Ysgol y Deri.
The Hubbub store on Stanwell Road will offer "hands-on" work experience to students with additional learning needs - including customer service and shop management.
Staey Long, post-16 transition lead at Ysgol y Deri, said: "It’s been incredible to see so many people come together for such a meaningful cause."
"The generosity and enthusiasm from our volunteers has made a real difference, and the learners are already excited about what’s to come."

Volunteers from local businesses and Vale of Glamorgan Council offered their time and resources to help transform an empty retail space.
Cllr Rhiannon Birch, cabinet member for education, said: "This project is a shining example of what can be achieved when our community comes together."
"The Hubbub shop will provide Ysgol y Deri learners with invaluable work experience in the community in Penarth and I’d like to thank everyone for their hard work in helping to move this inspiring project forward."

Among those working on the project were construction firm Morgan Sindall, CS Flooring, Ian Williams Carpentry and Whiteheads Building Services.
