Llantwit Major slipped to back-to-back defeats in the Cymru South following a 2-0 loss at title challengers Llanelli Town.
Ben Stait's men are now without a win from their last six league outings following their Friday night visit to Stebonheath Park.
Llanelli, who won their last three games, dominated the first half and eventually broke the deadlock on 27 minutes when Taylor Jones' corner was nodded in by Theo Wharton past veteran keeper Jack Lansdown.
Llantwit found a hatful of chances to draw level after the break, but the hosts wrapped up the points in the 90th minute when Danny Williams struck with his fourth goal from five games.
Llanelli remain two points off leaders Trethomas Bluebirds - who won 2-0 at Taffs Well - while Major drop to 11th in the table as they continue their search for a first win in 2025 at Goytre United on Wednesday night.
