Over 13,900 French Fans are estimated to be flying into Cardiff Airport this weekend, ahead of their Six Nations Clash on Sunday.
From 13th to 16th February, an additional 62 flights will be operated out of the Welsh Airport.
Wales will welcome France to the Principality Stadium on Sunday for their second Six Nations Clash.
Cardiff Airport says teams are working hard to ensure customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience at Cardiff.
Recently installed Next Generation Security technology will allow passengers to leave liquids under 100ml in their hand luggage, along with all electronic devices.
Cardiff Airport CEO, Jon Bridge, said: “The whole team is really looking forward to a busy weekend in the terminal and out on the airfield. Cardiff Airport hosts major events, such as the rugby airlifts, very well.
A lot of planning with partners and stakeholders takes place behind the scenes in
advance. It’s a great atmosphere for everyone.”
