Ten new council homes have been completed at one of Barry's ongoing housing developments.
Eventually, an additional 31 houses will be added to the Clos Holm View scheme, which has now completed its second phase.
Vale of Glamorgan Council says the new homes form an important role in its ongoing house-building programme.

Cllr Sandra Perkes, cabinet member for public sector housing, said: "As a council, we strive to make the Vale a fantastic place to live, and we want all residents to have access to good quality homes."
“The new development consists of a mixture of houses, apartments and bungalows including some adapted homes to meet the needs of those with disabled family members."
“We believe in giving everyone a good start in life, and that begins with ensuring access to safe, accessible and affordable housing."
“Clos Holm View is a great example of the ambitious work the Council is doing as it continues to invest in housing and infrastructure for residents today, and for future generations.”
Similar schemes in Barry have included 53 homes on Heyeswood Road completed late last year, along with the Llys Llechwedd Jenner and Lon y Felin Wynt developments with more to come.
