A second dispersal order in less than a week has been issued for parts of Cardiff Bay ahead of Bonfire Night.
A 48-hour dispersal order came into force on Monday evening in an effort to stop gatherings and illegal use of fireworks in two areas of Butetown and Grangetown.
Patrols are being stepped up with officers being granted extra powers.
South Wales Police say it's a preventative measure following reports of people throwing fireworks at others, along with anti-social behaviour.
Officers will be able to tell anyone causing - or likely to cause - harassment, alarm or distress to leave the affected areas.
They will also have the power to seize any property which they suspect is being used to cause anti-social behaviour.

The dispersal order runs from 6pm on Wednesday.
Acting Inspector Samantha Johnson from South Wales Police said: "We will have an increased presence in Butetown and Grangetown. Officers won’t hesitate to enforce the extra powers afforded to them in order to keep the community safe."
"We urge parents and guardians to speak to their young people about not getting involved in anti social behaviour. Please also check who they are associating with, what they are doing and where they are."
South Wales Police says it has a "zero-tolerance approach to anti social behaviour" and the dispersal order "is just one example of the work we are doing."
A similar 48-hour order for the two areas was in force over Halloween.
