A local artist has staged his latest exhibition exploring the relationship between autism and creative expression.
The Pod, a council-run support centre in Barry, played host to 'Autism Through Art', featuring the digital artwork of Euan 'Bug' Balman.
Three neurodiverse participants were invited to speak at the official opening and to share their own personal stories and how Bug's work resonated with them.
Organisers hailed the exhibition as a "remarkable success" which had "a lasting impact on attendees and fostering greater understanding and awareness of neurodiversity".

Sian Roach, a supported employment mentor at The Pod, said: "We were delighted to host this event to highlight Euan's unique artwork."

The Pod, which is based at Golau Caredig on Broad Street, offers support services including debt advice, housing assistance and IT training.
It is run by the learning and skills team at Vale Council and funded through the UK Government's Shared Prosperity fund.
