Cardiff Airport will run a series of special direct flights to and from Paris in mid-February.
Air France will run a temporary route between Rhoose and Paris-Charles de Gaulle from Thursday 13th - Sunday 16th February 2026, coinciding with Valentine's Day.
Regular passenger flights to the French capital ended in March 2024, less than a year after Eastern Airways restored a daily route with Paris-Orly Airport.
Jon Bridge, chief executive of Cardiff Airport, said: "We’re thrilled to offer direct flights to such a vibrant and exciting city for Valentine’s weekend."
"Cardiff Airport is expanding its reach and giving customers fantastic travel options. We’ve listened to passenger demand and are delighted to make this opportunity possible. There is more to come from Cardiff."
It will mark the return of a direct transatlantic link between Wales and Canada for the first time since 2008.
